Stadia developers had no idea the death of the platform

Recently something unexpected was confirmed but that it was also seen coming in a certain way, that is the blackout that the Google Stadia platform will have in the coming months. And while some are bewildered with the news, others even more, since not even the developers themselves knew that this was going to happen with the Google business.

This goes from bungee directors, rock steady, Microsoft, epic games and more industry personalities, who sounded like social networks, specifically Twitter .

Here are some of the comments:

Stadia developers created a development platform that has allowed us to continue creating and evaluating Destiny 2 from home in recent years. I am sure that today is difficult for many people, thanks for helping us create games.

To be fair, Google Stadia faced terrible difficulties in the last 3 years, having to deal with:

-A global pandemic that forces people to resort to entertainment online.

-Shortage of graphics and consoles cards, which creates a great demand for alternatives.

If they only arrived at the market at a better time

I know that everyone is having a lot of fun laughing at this, but Stadia had the best development income of any transmission service, and the launch of Hyper Gen sport there was going to recover our development costs. We were throwing there in November, and now we are in a much more difficult situation.

Google made a really solid and good spirit with Stadia, and supported many developers along the way. F

Google

Tangle Tower had to launch in Stadia in 2 days, and this article was the first one I heard about its closure.

Remember that Google Stadia remains active until January 12.
